Can I get tested with a Large Scale Testing invitation?
The LNS test centres only accept prescriptions issued by a medical doctor. For your invitation to the Large Scale Testing, you can visit the site in question to make an appointment. ( https://guichet.public.lu/en/citoyens/sante-social/coronavirus/rdv-large-scale-testing.html )
How are my personal data processed?

The information collected through the appointment booking form is for the sole purpose of arranging your appointment for a COVID-19 test and then sending you your test result. For further information, you can consult our personal data protection policy available at the following address: https://lns.lu/mentions-legales/
How are the test results transmitted?
If the analyses of your COVID-19 sample are negative, you will receive an SMS message to the mobile phone number you specified when you made your appointment. In the event of a positive result, an LNS doctor will contact you personally to inform you of the result on the mobile phone number you provided when you made your appointment.
I am in quarantine. Can I send you the doctor's prescription by e-mail?
Unfortunately, we do not accept prescriptions by e-mail.
Can I make my appointment by phone?
We do not accept appointments by telephone. Please make an appointment via our online platform: rdv.lns.lu
What are the sampling methods?
Samples are mainly taken through the nose. If you have any health concerns in this area, your doctor will have to indicate this on the prescription and we will then proceed with a throat swab.
Can I have my 5-year-old child tested with the rest of the family?
We only accept children from the age of 6 years old. Children under the age of 6 can be cared for by their paediatrician or general practitioner, at one of the Social Medical Centres or in another hospital structure in case of emergency, notably at the Kannerklinik of the CHL.
What should I do if I need my result in an emergency (plane to catch, hospitalisation)?
You can let us know your urgency by sending us a request by email to covid19@lns.etat.lu. We will make sure that you receive your result as soon as possible.
